i cant pay my bill, i get errors everytime i click pay now, i can log in fine, i can do everything else but pay my bill, ive cleared cache, deleted cookies, tried chrome,firefox,opera,ie, and samsung internet and chrome on my phone and i still get the same errors, i cant pay my bill so i guess there gonna cut me off which i dont want.

Well I typed in my postcode and surname in the 1st one one nothing happens when I click next/continue. I tried the 2nd one and it sent me to another error, so I did the 0800 number to pay and because I don't have a landline and I can't get to my account number it just ends the call. Why is it so hard just to pay my bill?

Can you please try following the automated options as advised here please:
Call 150 / 0345 454 1111, select options 1, 1 and 1 again as this should allow you to pay your bill?

Well finally I got through to a human. They was gonna send me a link and I told em not to. So my bill is paid now for this month. Thanks for the help guys.
