cant create email account

Hi i'm trying to create an account but getting :

"We're sorry to see you go

Now you’ve left us, we’ve closed your account and you can no longer register for My Virgin Media."

can you help.

Can I just ask if you are a new customer using the same email you have from a previous account

thanks for your reply - yes I was a customer about 2 years a go.

Unfortunately the email address is tied permanently to the old, now closed account and can’t be reused. You will need to sign up with a new email address.
