Hi, Ive been a new customer for a few weeks now and i havnt been able to create a Virgin Media Account. Everytime i try i get to the password stage and it says the password i am trying is invalid, despite meeting all the requirements and it says its strong.

I'm sorry to hear you've not been able to set up your online account.
Can you confirm if you've tried a different password. No special characters, only letters and numbers, MUST begin with a letter, try keeping it between 8-10 characters.
