cancelation letter to Sunderland SR43 4AA

Hello, I recently sent you a letter to cancel my account after 2 unsuccessful phone calls (I was cut off).

According to Royal Mail tracking the letter was signed for on delivery by “NSI” on 14 Sep 2022.

Can I have confirmation that the letter was received and is being processed please?

if you need any more info please let me know.

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting. 

We apologise for any difficulties you have experienced when attempting to cancel your service. 

Once a letter has been received, it can take a couple or days to go through the admin side of things but please do not worry as the team use the date on the letter to determine when the disconnection was requested. 

Although I won't be able to process the disconnection request from here, I would be happy to take a look to see if the request has been actioned.
