cable connection

hi ive just been connected to virgin fiber this morning... is it right that they have connected me from my neighbours feed(box)...the work as all been newly done on the street so everyone has there own.....cant seen to speak to anyone about this ? does anyone have a number i can call please

That's a bit out of date.

The number on a non-virgin line is 0345 454 1111 (Standard Landline rate).

If you have a Virgin Landline or Mobile just dial 150 & the call is free.

We should be connecting you to your own omni box not your neighbours.

Here are our Customer Care methods.

You can contact them via 150 or 0345 454 1111 or via Webchat for any billing or package related queries where they can clear security with you.

Webchat can be contacted via the site online and you can speak to them if you prefer this option by choosing the Chat Online option:

E.G-Account and Billing > Manage Your Account Online

Alternatively if you'd like to drop your details to me in a PM I can flag this back for you.

If you can pop back to me on a PM and let me know:

  • Your name
  • Your full address
  • f you are the account holder
  • Your contact number

I can sort this out for you.
