i`m sorry if i am in the wrong place, but i need some help please..
i am a 70 year old learning to use a computer, i have recently joined virgin media.
when i first joined i was with sky and changed over to virgin. it is only my first month but virgin are sending my bills to my old sky email address instead of my virgin one. even though i have changed all my old email addresses in my acount that i can find from sky to virgin.
can anyone help me to sort this please? thanks in advance.
