the following comes up when i try to sign in to my account from the main VirginMedia page -

https://my.virginmedia.com/home/signIn

Secure Connection Failed

how do i sign in?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you were unable to sign in to My Virgin Media on Sunday. 

The system was down but has since been restored. 

Please clear your cache and cookies and try again to log in.
