account password reset?

hello,

I have been on a phone for customer support for more than 3hours now. The support is asking for 1st 4th and 10th characters. I rememer I only provided 3 chars for the memorable password. anyway, they mentioned that they emailed it already but I haven’t received any email from virgin media, even on my spam.

Is there any way they can reset it?

The reason I am calling is I’ m going to transfer the ownership or cancel so that the other owner can register. but I need the account password to be reset,

can someone advice if there are any other options? thank you
