its absolutely frustrating to use virgin website, despite to huge amount of money i am paying; service is very bad, i cant access to my account, every-time there is one error. they even don't answer the phone call. there is no chat box in web to ask any question. i use my email and create account and now i cant log in, it saying "we face some issue return later" and its a same story for last six months, absolutely ridiculous.

how shall i get in touch with one of the support team? any number any website?

Please can you let me know what's going with it, have you made an account already and forgot your username / password?

Also when you say you cannot get on our website, what errors is it giving you? 

Have you also tried a different browser / device and made sure pop ups aren't blocked? Thanks
