The teams have been a little busier than usual however they are working as hard as they can to get to you.
We're not able to arrange callbacks via the Community. Try giving them a call during the day as wait times seem to be lower

Hi there and thanks for the reply. I will have to try calling during weekday as you suggest, but a little difficult with only half hour breaks at a time.
