I've been trying to pay my monthly broadband bill online as I always do, but the website is telling me that I'm no longer with Virgin Media. I haven't requested to leave or be disconnected. I've tried live help, but wasted the whole day yesterday waiting for an answer... awful customer service! I've been with you guys since the old Telewest days. I'll be really annoyed if I get a late payment fee because of this! Is there a problem with the website?
