Not possible to create new account. System is not allowing to use passwords. Tried many of them, on different devices...
How difficult it can be to fix this problem?
Especially for huge company like Virgin.

Sorry to hear you've not been able to register for an online account. Can you please try using a browser other than Chrome and use the link here. When creating your password please follow this criteria;
Keep us updated if this has worked for you, or if you see any other error codes/messages at all.

Hi,
Like many others, I cannot set up a password for a new account. Met the strong criteria and tried 30+ passwords but get the same response:
“You cannot use that password. Please choose another.”
-Cleared cache
-Tried on other browsers and device
-Tried your chat and he couldn’t sort.
