Hi, 

I have recently purchased a broadband internet. I have described welcome email, customer number and zone number.

Now i am trying for 3 days to create my account and i keep geting following message as on topic title. I have searched the forum and i see that it is constans error peopel receive. I have tryed numerous combi nations, i tryed using different devices, different browsers and app. And i still can't create the account.
