I use my yahoo email to register VM account and services, but yahoo will auto filter or there will be a big delay on receiving email from VM, so when I request for reset PW, the reset email need 2-3 hrs or even overnight to arrive to my email address. So the link inside the email was expired.
Now I cannot login to my VM account as I cant either verify my email or reset the pw.

We're sorry to hear that you're having an issue with receiving any mails relating to your My VM account.
