Yahoo email issue with VM account

I use my yahoo email to register VM account and services, but yahoo will auto filter or there will be a big delay on receiving email from VM, so when I request for reset PW, the reset email need 2-3 hrs or even overnight to arrive to my email address. So the link inside the email was expired.

Now I cannot login to my VM account as I cant either verify my email or reset the pw.

We're sorry to hear that you're having an issue with receiving any mails relating to your My VM account. 

I'm happy to take a look in to things but I've been unable to locate you on our systems using your forum credentials. I will need to confirm some information with you in order for me to proceed with checks.
