Wrong email

I miss entered my email address on sign up and now can’t log in to upgrade my package.

Hi Danwalker,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, sorry to hear you haven't been able to set up an Online Account.

We can raise an I T ticket to remove the Email address so you can start again however this can take up to 10 working days, you can try setting up the Email Address you have misspelled, go to the Email website IE Gmail ETC and select create an Email select the Email as you gave it us( incorrect spelling) once set up you will then be able to activate the account.

It’s an incorrect format so I’m not sure they would be possible, could we remove it please
