Hi. I'm trying to setup my virgin media app for broadband but my email is wrong and i can verify my account.

Have you been able to log into your online account okay 

If so can you try using the same details on the App

No i can't login to anything as a can't verify with email.

So I can look at getting this fixed 

I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
