Hi, I do a subscription with Virgin at the phone and she ask me about the email and I spelled for her and she said I will receive a email from Virgin about my broadband. I didn’t receive the email but I have the broadband. I try to call them and they said can not help me. The problem is, I don’t speak very well English and when I spelled maybe I spelled wrong. What can I do.
