Wrong email on signup

Hi, just ordered broadband but the account was set up with an incorrect email address (that doesn't exist) so I can't access the account to even see the account number.

 

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for reaching out the Community Forums. Sorry to hear that you have been having issues with registration. So to clarify, did you key in a non-existent email and it is waiting on the verification message? If so I have also sent a PM to get your account details.

Hi Corey, thanks for replying.

So yes, the email that was entered does not exist so we couldn't access the verification email, but also are unable to log in to the account or the virgin media app to manage the broadband usage or change the WiFi password
