Wrong email at sign up

Hi there

I recently joined and i have accidentally  entered the wrong email, Part of it is right i just had virgin media on the brain and used that as the end instead of yahoo.

Due to this i can't get into my account to see any bills, contract etc...

Could this be kindly changed so i can get into my account please.

Hi, I have a problem where I accidentally typed wrong email when I tried to register. Can anyone help me change this email address?

We're sorry to hear you used an incorrect email address when joining us. We can certainly check this out for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you.

Hi Billy, 

Thanks for coming back to me on this one via private message. 

I have updated the email address for use with My VM now. It should have sent a verification email to you. Click on this and log in using the password you signed up with. 

If it's connected to another VM account that's active then you'll need to either get the other VM account holder to update their address or you'll need to use another email address to log in as you can't have 2 VM accounts with the same email address.
