Wrong account number on bill/payment

I have a question about the payment for the Broadband/Internet. I made an online payment on May 13, unfortunately I entered an incorrect account number. I received a confirmation of payment on e-mail, but I don't see my payment on the VM website. What should I do to have my payment approved? Greetings.

Have you been able to see if the payment is showing on your online Virgin Media account?  If not let us know and we are more than happy to investigate this further 🙂

Thank you for your response.

I'm sending photo of bill from my VM account:

I'm not sure if the payment is confirmed on VM account.

On the e-mail I have a QuickPay confirmation.
