I cancelled one order, and placed another (due to a delayed house move). I was given a new contract number but the old account number is showing when I log in. How do I link my new account number with my email/login ?
Have tried to phone and look on website but going round in circles.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. No matter - that's a simple move and transfer of the account from the old account, to the new one.
