Hi,
I recently cancelled virgin at my old address and since moving have opened a new account at my new address. However, when I login to my virgin media account I still see the account details for the old account. Is there a way to get this changed?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry to hear you haven't been able top set up a new online account for your new address, did you set up an account with the new account number, when you move you would have to us a different Email for the initial set up which can be changed later.
