Wrong Netflix Account attached to Virgin

Hi,

I have recently included Netflix into my Virgin Media bundle and the wrong Netflix Account has just started to appear on my TV.  It was previously fine i.e. my own Netflix Account, however I now have a Spanish speaking family's account linked to my Virgin Media account!!!  I can also no longer watch Netflix on my laptop or other devices, as it looks like I can only watch Netflix on my Virgin boxes only).

Has anyone else experienced these problems and can they suggest a fix?  Hesitant to try customer services as I don't have the usual 2 hours wait time!!!

I'm very sorry to hear about what has happening with your Netflix service. 

What happens when you try to access the account through another device? Do you get an error message?

Netflix says “Sorry, we can’t find an account with this email address.  Please try again or create a new account.”  Same message on all devices
