Why does my bill say M100 broadband when my contract say I get vivid 200??

Please can a moderator tell me why my virgin contract states that I should be receiving vivid 200 broadband (200Mbps) yet my bill says I'm only actually receiving M100? Also can you tell me how long this discrepancy has gone on for and if I'm due some remittance...
