Why does my bill say M100 broadband when my contract say I get vivid 200??

Please can a moderator tell me why my virgin contract states that I should be receiving vivid 200 broadband (200Mbps) yet my bill says I'm only actually receiving M100? Also can you tell me how long this discrepancy has gone on for and if I'm due some remittance...

Which are they charging you for, the M100 or the M200 service? What speed are you actually getting, the M100 or the M200? Which had you asked for, the M100 or the M200 service?

The contract says vivid 200, my package says m100. Obviously if my contract states a faster speed, then that's the one I would like.Screenshots attached. Thanksmy contract.jpgmy package.jpg
