For 3 days I've been trying to contact Virgin to cancel my contract which is due to expire next month. 1st call 20 mins no answer 2nd call half hour no answer and this evening 50 mins with no one answering just the same old music no apology we are busy just waiting.
Waiting so I can't tell you to know you don't need to renew my contract!
How else can I contact you? You make it impossible.
