Why am I paying £56.60/month for 200M broadband when M350 is £38.99/£56 thereafter?

On our wavelength

Hello.

I'm paying £56.50 for 200 megs

Your own 350 meg plan is £38.99 and £56 after 18 months

Vodafone is offering 500 megs for £34 per month

Seems like a bit of a ripoff. Can customer retention do something before I go through the hassle of switching?

Thank you.

Hi @mightyb

Retentions is always the best policy when wanting to negotiate a new deal. Best to call at 8am when lines first open and are least busy.

Hi mightyb,

Thank you for your post.

I can appreciate that when you do take a look at what's available that it might not be what you're getting at present. This is why we have a retentions/loyalty team that are able to look at your current package/deal and see if they can work towards one that works best for you.

You're able to reach them on; 0345 454 1111 or we do have a text messaging service which you can reach the team, but I will advise that it's not an instant messenger and can take up to 48 hours for a response - the text number to that is; +44753 305 1809.

As @newapollo has advised - the best time to call the team is in the mornings.

Cheers,

Ryan.
