I'm going to assume that you have obtained a copy of your statutory credit report and identified some entries on there that you believe are incorrect - if not, you need to have done so.
The ideal thing is to then email details of the entries you believe to be incorrect, with supporting evidence, to creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk
You should get a response within 28days.
