I have been a Virgin customer since it was NTL, my account has everything it can, and until a few weeks ago I had Netflix included in the account. I just tried to watch a Netflix series, and it’s asking me to pay for it !!!!!! Considering the extortionate amount I am currently paying for Virgin, this is disgusting!! Please get it reinstated immediately, or I will be telling Virgin where they can stick their account 😡😡😡😡

Thanks for using the forums to get this Netflix issue looked into, I am sorry it's asking you to pay even though it should be included in your Virgin Bill!
I have checked your services on my side to see if there are any errors, but it seems everything is okay - But of course it is not.
I'm going to create an IT ticket for this, could you please upload a screenshot/picture of the message you get when signing in/loading a film or series please?
