When is my 12 months up...contract or change date?

Hi all, on my contract it states "Your contract started 15th March" but I have a "date of change July 24th". What happened is I got a letter about the price rises and renegotiated the package. So is the 12 months from March or July?!

It was in july.

your contract is from July

Hi m0bov,

 

Unless stated otherwise our contracts are for a minimum term of 12 months, you should also be able to check the latest copy of your contract with us through your online account if you've set it up.
