We’ll need to know whether you’d like to transfer the services into another person’s name, or close the account. Whichever you choose we’ll let you know exactly what’ll happen next.
If possible please have as much of the following information to hand when you call:
The account number and the name of the account holder
Your relationship to the deceased
If you want to close the account, the name and address of the executor of the estate
