If you are trying to register for My VM for the first time, it's worth being aware that you can't do this until your services are active and installed.
You will then receive your first billing information, including the account number and area code reference to register with.
I will send you a PM just in case you need further support to confirm a few account details, and we can help confirm the area code if needed.
