I recently moved house, I bought the ultimate volt package. I got an email to say i would receive a confirmation email soon, but I never did.

I am really sorry to hear you're having a bit of trouble receiving and finding the welcome pack. Have you also checked your spam/junk folder to ensure the email hasn't landed there by mistake?

Are you also able to confirm both when and how you made the order?
