Hi Everyone
I’m having Virgin broadband installed at the end of the month. When I signed up I entered my email address incorrectly so have not received the Welcome email.
I had a WhatsApp chat with you yesterday and was told they changed my email address and they would resend the welcome email which would take up to 24 hours. I’ve still not received it. I was told the welcome email contains my account number so can I can sign in to Virgin Media. I don’t remember the exact date I’m supposed to be having broadband installed so the welcome email would be really handy.
Can anyone help on here??
