Since Virgin made a new website all I get is errors and sometimes doesn't load at all.
I have tried Edge and Safari.
See attached screenshot.
Any help appreciated.

It happens on edge and safari

That generally happens to me on Chrome, although Edge and Firefox load up OK.
Chrome sometimes works if I use an incognito window, or clear my browsing date/cache
