Website and App dont show my current active contract

Hello there, I have moved homes and changed my contract back in April/2021, when I access the dashboard today either in the website or app it says I am not a customer anymore and my contract ended in April/2021, but that was my my previous contract.

It is a shame, as I need to access the website and download a copy of the contract and because of that bug I cant.

The new account and old account are registered under the same email.
