Having recently changing my package to a virgin 360 package I cant change my safe settings options on my account I click on the app part select websafe it tells me my virus safe and child safe is off I've no option to turn them on when I click manage Web safe settings it bring me back to this screen (the screen is totally different to the video that's on the website)

Are you able to change these online
Go to MY APPS - VIRGIN MEDIA SECURITY INTERNET SECURITY
Then scroll done on the left hand side
MANAGE WEBSAFE SETTINGS
