Hello,
I received a call from someone claiming to be from Virgin Media [REMOVED] and they were holding quite a lot of information about me. I wasn't sure whether this is a certified source. They asked me the 1st, 3rd and 5th letter of my memorable word before I do a google search only to find that this number is not associated with Virgin Media. Since then, I am trying to change my memorable word (the password that you give on the phone to verify that it is you) but no support members are available on the number +44 345 454 1111.
What is the best way to contact them to resolve this fast?
