It's been 15 days I useing virgin Media broadband. Am not happy at all I jus wanted to disconnect it so can you tell me what's therocedure please?

Apologies to hear that you are wanting to cancel your services.
You have 14 days from the installation of your services to cancel free of charge. After this you would be subject to early termination fees.
To cancel, speak to the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 and they can go through the cancellation process with you
