I've tried calling the 0345 number over 10 times today. It just says they are busy and hangs up.
I've also had a live chat window open for about 4 hours now. No response so far, although I suspect they'll tell me I need to call to cancel anyway.
From what I've seen, it sounds like this is pretty standard for VM but usually people are kept on hold for hours and then hung up on. I've not yet had the pleasure.
Is there some other way I can contact them in writing to confirm I wish to cancel my TV contract? I need to do it before the 11th in order to avoid early cancellation charges.
