Waiting days to speak to someone.

Hi,

I'm really looking to talk to someone about my bill but I've been waiting days to talk to someone on the Message Us thing (never get put across to a person) and haven't managed to get through on the phone.

I rearranged my account so I only had 100mb broadband with nothing else a couple of months ago and this was agreed to be at £27 a month but this month my bill has come through at £40. I've sent my V6 box back so I'm certainly not using it.

Sorry to hear about the confusion with your bills recently. Have you been able to view the breakdown of the bills online (https://virg.in/myVM) to see what accounts for the extra difference in cost?
