I was wondering where I could find my WS Reference number for a rewards claim to BA via the Avios Estore as there wasnt any WS References on the initial contract email or contract PDFs

Regarding your WS number, how did you order the package? Was this directly though us or via a 3rd party?

Thanks for your response! The package offer was promoted by Broadbandchoices but the order was subsequently ordered through Virgin Media directly.

Order Reference Number was CH2000256600

There is no ws reference on your account, I would advise reaching out to the 3rdparty for more info
