Voucher not received.

Hi just wondering when you are meant to receive vouchers. Everything is going well, and we are happy with service so far but haven't received any vouchers, yet we are well over the 6-week mark. Thanks in advance.

On your contract confirmation or order email does this advise of the voucher?

Do you have an image of the leaflet (no personal info included) so we can get more of an idea of what has happened?

Apologies for any delays, can I ask what were the vouchers advised?

Also do they show on the original order for the package?

Hi thank you yes it is a 100 pound amazon voucher  we are meant to receive. Set up was at the end of November we were told by the sales rep and it says on the leaflet he left with original installation date written on
