Volt speed boostnot applied

Hi how do I find out what's happened to my volt speedboost?

O2 took a couple of days to apply the data boost to the mobile, but is now 14 days since the o2 email confirming activation, so 16-17 days since activating on the o2 website but no sign of anything on the VM side yet

Config has now updated - if it helps anyone impatiently waiting in my case it took about 26 days after o2 confirmation email for the volt speed boost to be applied on VM side
