I'm not sure of the exact date of signing up, but I followed a link in an email received from Virgin on 14 Dec 21 & as I've been a customer of both for many years I clicked the appropriate box to log into my 02 & applied from there.

I received a text from o2 on 27 Dec & volt benefits have been applied to my account. That was over 14 days ago & there has been nothing from Virgin, no notification, nothing on my account & no speed increase. 

My two accounts are in exactly the same name & house address, but the email address is different for o2 (gmail) so I'm wondering if this could possibly be the reason. Both email addresses belong to me. 

Hopefully someone can advise on this.
