Volt Package

Hi all,

Really difficult to get an answer to this from either Virgin or o2 so hopefully someone can help. 

This week upgraded from Oomph to Ultimate Volt so now have an o2 sim rather than Virgin. With my new o2 account I have the option to 'upgrade' from my current £25pm tariff (18 month) to a £18pm one (24 month).

How will this impact on my Volt package with Virgin, both now and in 18 months when I look to renew? Will it be void? Will I have trouble negotiating a cheaper deal in 18 months if I still have 6 months left on my o2 contract?

Also, is it worth upgrading from my V6 box to the 360 option? What difference will it bring?

Welcome to the forums & thank you for taking the time to post. 

 

It won't effect your VOLT package as you will still benefit from the VOLT boosted data etc & it won't have an effect on your contract with us.

 

Regarding the V6 vs 360, In a personal experience I love the 360 box, you can find all information on what the 360 box provides here.
