Hi Virgin,

I am already with O2, and I have just joined and activated my Virgin Broadband today however noticed my broadband speed has not doubled from 100mb to 200mb as per Volt benefits.

Can you advise how I proceed with getting this Volt benefit activated.

Go to the following page https://www.o2.co.uk/virgin-media-o2 

which explains the Volt benefits and scroll down and click on the Go to My O2 box to sign up for the benefits.

Thanks for the response, I've clicked on it and get this, however I already am with Virgin Media as you can see:

It takes around 14 days for the VOLT benefits to activate, please doublecheck your name / address with O2 is exactly the same as with us and you're good to go once this activates in around two weeks time.
