Is this still happening for you, I've tried to access my own personal billing section and it does appear to be working, is this still the case for you?

Hi @Anonymous and @BillBudd
I've had issues with some of the VM site pages over the past few days using Chrome, however if I use an incognito window it works.
I've just tested logging in to /my-virgin-media and had to use the incognito window - I had no problems using this method to view my bill, contract and service status - I didn't check anything else.
You can also use the My Virgin Media app to check your account/bills
