Virgin media owes me money and nobody give me a solution.

I have been charged with 25 pounds twice of broadband home activation. One time when I did the contract in the store and the second time in my first bill. I called to customer service and they told me the only way to refund my money is going to the store, I went to the store and they told me in your next bill I'll have a discount of 25 pounds because it's my money. Nowadays, I have been charged with the next bill and I don't have my money back, I mean they didn't make me a discount in my bill with my 25 pounds. Nobody wants to know anything about it, so I need a solution immediately..
