I have found it impossible to speak to anyone about down grading package cannot even sign in to account
in my husband s name but he is 92+ has no interest in the TV never has i did it maybe 25 years ago have no phone password etc
at this rate we will simply cancel whole thing don’t even see how to do that
desperately need help before it makes me ill. I am 81 now and can do without this trouble
