Virgin illegaly added a service to my account and charged me...

Asked for an engineer ASAP as my new 1 gig connection in our née house was not working properly they said OK we will send one out and the next day I got an emai laying homework was added to my contract and I've been charged £6 for the visit... this is illegal. I was never told anything about homework or any charge for an engineer visit last...

I'm sorry to hear the Homeworks service was added to your account and you were not aware. That isn't the level of service we aim to provide. 

I have checked our systems and can see you spoke to the team who were able to raise a work order to get the service removed however the issue with the bill remains.
